Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Applied Laser Engineering P1016-40-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Atmel-Aviiva products, including obsoleted and phased-out Atlas-Copco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Atlas-Copco product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Atmel-Aviiva such as the A71XM2CL2014BA0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PF4000CDNHW manufactured by Atlas-Copco and we are pleased to be able to service most Atlas-Copco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PF4000GDNHW by Manufacturer Atlas-Copco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Atlas-Copco Brand 1420010796 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Argus-International such as QPJ2D101L2P equipment made by Argus-International have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Argus-International products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Argus-International" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1003532R made by Assa-Abloy as well as the popular TP021 original spares produced by Auma

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K7M0242C1 by Ashcroft and QPJ2D101L2P spares by Argus-International are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AC7725A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Arobotech.
